Sue making a fresh batch of handcrafted fudge in her Sussex County shop
Our Story

Meet Sue

For more than 25 years, Sue has been making handcrafted fudge in Sussex County using time-tested recipes, premium ingredients, and a passion for creating treats people come back for again and again.

It started at her grandmother's copper pot — stirred by hand, measured by eye, and never, ever rushed. In 1998 she opened a little shop on Route 23 in Stockholm with those same recipes, and today families from Newton, Sparta, Vernon and Franklin are still coming through the door.

These days the case holds far more than fudge. Alongside her small-batch classics, Sue also makes chocolate-covered pretzels, chocolate caramel apples, chocolate house kits, personalized cookies, chocolate centerpieces, and seasonal specialty items — all handmade in-house.

From small-batch fudge to chocolate-covered treats, cookies, seasonal gifts, and custom sweets, Sue's Fudge offers something special for every occasion.

What we believe

No shortcuts. Ever.

Fresh, always

We make small batches all week so nothing sits. If it's been in the case too long, it goes home with staff — it never goes to you.

Real ingredients

Real cream, real butter, real nuts. No artificial fillers, no wax, no mystery ingredients we can't pronounce.

Made with care

Every box is packed by a person who knows it's a gift. We treat your order the way we'd want ours treated.
